This is a presentation I created as part of the Business Modeling and Customer Validation course of my Master's in Product Management degree. The scope of the project was Leveraging an existing business to create a new service and pitching it to existing customers. I chose Redfin as my target company and I proposed a concierge service as the new service to expand their business to their existing customers. 

This is an example of a slide deck that I created as part of my job as a Client References Manager in IBM. Each slide  was a condensed case study slide of one company. These slides were used by Business Development teams, to showcase IBMs capabilities, when they spoke to new customers.

This is a case study I did at Amazon. This talks about how a growing startup used our tax product to simplify tax identity collection and delighted its customers.

This is a Visual and Design Thinking exercise that I completed as a part of my Master's program. In this exercise I had to interview someone who is innovative and encourages innovation within their team. I had to display my profile in magazine form, with images and a small captions, just like in a National Geographic magazine. 

The scope of the project was Leveraging an existing business to create a new service and pitching this service to the investors. For this investor pitch, I focused on Redfin as a company and how I could leverage Redfin’s existing business to create a new service that could increase its revenue with minimal additional investment.

This is an example of the Product UX Writing for an Amazon product. The screenshot of the product page is shown with my corrections within the pink balloon comments. I worked with UX Designers and UX Researchers to understand the product flows and made the corrections keeping in mind ideal user interactions.
