Project | 01 Procedural How-to Manual

This is an example of a procedural manual created as a Capstone project for the Technical Writing Certificate Program at Bellevue College.
The Capstone project required us to apply and synthesize the skills, knowledge, and techniques learned in the program. We had to independently plan, draft, and revise a procedural manual about a self-selected, instructor-approved how-to topic.
Objectives

This is a Case Study created as a project for the Technical Writing Certificate Program at Bellevue College. The goal of this project was to showcase technical writing skills and techniques in writing a Technology Case Study.
Case Studies are an important marketing tool and are used in content marketing.They give a real world example of a solution that has helped clients to realize their goals.
Case Studies can be shared across multiple platforms like on the company website, on LinkedIn etc. They are also a great tool for the sales team to promote the company and to use in their sales kit.

Project | 04 Heuristic Evaluation Report

Purpose of the report: To complete the Heuristic Evaluation of the help website for LG products. The evaluation form is based on Jacob Nielsen's heuristics.
Overview: For the most part the LG help website is very user friendly. The look and feel of the webpages are consistent with the branding of LG and the rest of the pages. There were some issues with the efficiency of the webpages. The navigation can be improved viz broken links and search results. The product ads placement was frustrating to find relevant content.
